  • We welcome all levels of yoga experience! Our offerings are about self discovery, honoring where you are, and going deeper into your relationship with yourself and the world around you. We encourage a non-competetive approach to physical practices. Putting your leg behind your head or holding prolonged handstands will not be on the menu! We encourage using physical practices as way to come home to your truest self.

  • You’re in luck. Yoga poses are not all about being super bendy. Plus, asana (yoga poses) are only one part of a vast system. And that system is about giving you tools for self realization. We bring a holistic approach to our retreats; giving space for exploration of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. All of the physical practices are ways in to getting curious about yourself on all of those levels.

  • Definitely. One of our main goals is to create an ever expanding community rooted in heart centered connection. We strive to cultivate a space in which lasting friendships and connections can be made. In this time where we could all use as much community support as possible, we hope our events can be a wellspring of kinship.

  • What’s Included:

    All classes, workshops, energy work, and sound healing. There are usually one or two practices a day, depending on the rest of the schedule.

    Three nourishing, organic, local-where-possible meals a day.

    Group excursions and transportation to and from excursion locations.

    Transportation from the airport to the venue is shuttle style. We do our best to coordinate everyones arrival time so that there is minimal to no waiting.

  • We provide all meals. Meals are vegetarian, organic, and local-where-possible. We love to provide nourishing food that satisfies your appetite and your heart. Snacks are also provided.

    If you have allergies let us know! We are happy to accomodate you.

  • Either way! We love creating an inclusive environement. So, you will be in good company if you are traveling solo. We also welcome you to share your adventure with a frend or partner.
